PROLOGUE

Is there comedy in the afterlife? How could there not be? There are times as a physician when I have to laugh when I know I shouldn’t. But as a human being, I generally only have to deal with one patient at a time.

Could you imagine working with millions of people at a time? Think of all the horror you would experience: people getting raped, murdered and abused by the thousands. And yet, somehow, someway, our spiritual guides are able to detach from our world in such a way that they could laugh and cry at the same time. But how? How could any being laugh amidst all the horror?

Did you ever see the popular television show “Mash”? All the war, and the horror and the blood, and somehow the characters knew how to have a good time. They usually knew when to laugh and how to laugh.

That’s the way I experience my spiritual guides. If I don’t take them seriously, then most of their laughter stops—and oh how I miss the laughter! The comedy in the afterlife is truly superior to that which exists in our world. Think of all the possibilities: if you could be at various places at one time, then you’d probably be a lot funnier too! Maybe you could pay a visit to Lucille Ball, Groucho Marx and Bob Hope! You could tell them all one joke, and then they could combine as one spirit to give you a retort.

At the risk of confusing you all, every great comedian has some connection with the dimension of consciousness I am referring to. Any truly great comedian will tell you that their comedy somehow comes from a source even higher that themselves.

For those of you whom I have lost already, “Albert Einstein” will give you an introductory lecture about the afterlife from his perspective in the spirit world. For a more indepth explanation, please refer to my second book, Abraham Lincoln’s Message From Heaven, which is available free online at my web site: doctorgaryfrick.com

Enjoy laughing, and remember to take life seriously too!
